Former Vice-President Al Gore
will give a major policy speech in New York City this Thursday morning,
sponsored by MoveOn.org, the online grassroots democracy group.
The speech will be his first
major address on Iraq and Administration policy since opposing the Bush plan for
war, in San Francisco last September.
He will also address economic and environmental challenges facing the
country.
The audience will be drawn
from the over 120,000 MoveOn.org members in the New York area, invited and
ticketed online.
